Work you- ll do As a Manager in Office of Security, you will be managing physical security and risk. Your responsibilities will include: - Coordination with the security vendor for selection, training and supervision of the guard force deployed at Deloitte to perform day to day security activities. - Manage daily security operations to check compliance with Deloitte policies. Review and periodic audit of records generated by security department. - Drive security vendor to comply statutory audits and track performance regularly through dash boards. - Working as first level of escalation for any security related complaint from internal customers and performing primary investigation. - Planning and coordination for site level evacuation exercises and surprise checks. Organize floor warden trainings. - Liaise with the Developer security teams to maintain smooth operations at Deloitte main gates. - Training and coordination of Marshalls for providing transport security to women professionals travelling during night. - Liaise with external forums to knowledge and best practices sharing on behalf of Deloitte, represent Deloitte at various security related forums. - Respond to client audits and external audits and ensure compliance at all times. - Conduct investigations related to thefts and mis appropriation and suggest corrective actions. - Partner with Talent and compliance for complex investigations related to employee issues. - Supervise the security control room and badging stations at Bengaluru office to ensure high level of client experience. - Conduct internal audits for security processes and security vulnerability tests from time to time. - Liaise with Govt authorities on local level. - Conduct security briefing for contractors / Visitors and clients. - Be responsible for smooth delivery of security programme at Bengaluru. Team Management - Provides support to other team members and help them with producing different ad-hoc analysis for complex issues. - Delegates tasks to the team members and co-ordinate activities within the team - Leading efforts to improve Customer satisfaction, quality initiatives etc. - SLA monitoring and adherence on ongoing basis. - Timely feedback is shared based on observations. - Ensure necessary training recommendations are shared with team members for overall development - Timely recommending rewards &amp; recognition of team members. The key skills required - Ability to assess risk and implement mitigation strategies. - Knowledge of various benchmarking standards in the domain of safety, security and business continuity like ISO 27001 and ISO 22301. - Proficient in developing documents for Leadership updates as well as improvising department procedure/process related documents. - Clear, concise in verbal and written communication. Must be able to effectively communicate with Firm leadership, internal clients and all levels of management of the Firm. Will proactively investigate and mitigate risks, coordinating with team members and others to resolve issues and escalate issues as necessary - Outstanding research, analytical, and quantitative aptitude, as well as advanced attention to detail, are required for success in this role. The Team Deloitte Office of Security team's core job is to manage physical risk for the firm by enhancing safety awareness and implementing controls as prescribed by the SOP. Qualifications Required: - Education: Master's degree (preferably in Engineering/Project management/Business/ Facilities (or) related environment) OR a Degree in Hotel Management - Technical skills: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint - Certifications like CPP/PSP/CFE or other accredited certifications are desirable. Preferred: - 12+ years of experience with knowledge of Project management preferably in a global organization.
