Global Consulting Curriculum Manager Location: Hyderabad

The Global Managing Director of Talent is a Global Consulting Executive Committee member and is responsible for architecting the workforce strategies and talent experience aligned to global strategy.

The Global Consulting Talent Platform will stand up a global learning organization and is looking for the following USI resources to lead the establishment of a common, core curriculum within the Consulting Learning Network worldwide. The positions are long term learning enabling roles, with opportunities to grow. You are charged with ensuring that our candidates have a signature experience and introducing them to the unique culture of Deloitte.

Work you'll do

Advise learning leaders on best L&D approaches and innovations in technologies to build target capabilities to achieve business performance goals. Create and orchestrate curriculum/portfolio plan including measurement and evaluation strategy.

Key job responsibilities include:

- Collaborate with Global Consulting Learning Business Partners to develop and execute on global consulting curriculum strategy, prioritize gaps in global learning needs and identify curriculam solutions

- Lead a team of global learning support resources; manage day to day operations, drive collaboration, high performance and service standards

- Demonstrate deep understanding of Deloitte's businesses, industries and trends in KM domain

- Oversee and manage global consulting learning inventory

- Manage integration of new program offerings and refresh replacement

- Manage USI based Learning team

- Provide documentation support to Regional, cluster and local learning delivery

Key competencies (knowledge/experience):

- Extremely strong verbal and written English communication skills geared to all levels of audience

- Proactive, self-motivated and demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance

- Builds trusting relationships based on integrity

- Ability to deal with ambiguity, and proactively address change

- Proven ability to effectively engage and manage stakeholders while managing scope

- Proven ability to execute multiple deliverables concurrently

- Strong analytical (both quantitative and qualitative), problem solving and organizational skills

- Strong attention to detail and work ethic

- Demonstrated motivational followership and coaching skills

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work successfully in a virtual and non-virtual team setting

Skills/Prior experience:

- Experience in Curriculum design and development

- Experience in Learning Inventory and knowledge management

- Demonstrated ability to manage project teams and initiatives effectively

- Experience creating documents (decks, reports, dashboards etc.) and strong story boards for senior leadership

- Maintains learning best practice knowledge, particularly in learning design techniques and technologies

- Experience working in a fast-paced environment will be an added advantage

Career Development

- These roles are long term learning support roles for Global Consulting

- Minimum required commitment is expected to be 24 months, with options to grow

Qualifications

Education: Master's Degree or Equivalent

Experience: 8-10 years of relevant experience

Skills:

- Superlative project, people, and client management skills

- Proficient in office computer software/systems (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

- Strong knowledge of domain, market opportunities, current trends and futuristic tools

- Ability to work with metrics, numbers and trends
