Job Description :

The Identity & Access Management Consultant position is responsible for providing guidance, and consulting on client facing solutions leveraging IBM Security Identity Manager (ISIM) and IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM) technology areas (erstwhile - ITIM and ITAM )

This position will be based out of India (Mumbai).

Required Experience/Skills :

- Experience in a Consulting role within a professional services environment

- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

- Ability to quickly grasp and understand technical concepts

- Demonstrate technical and people leadership on consulting and implementation engagements with customers

- Ability to communicate complex, enterprise class, technical solutions to both a technical and business audience in both group and individual settings

- Able to articulate the business and technical value of IBM's ISIM and ISAM solutions to clients

- Ability to provide high-level solution architecture and design capabilities during project initiation and delivery

- Provide hands on assistance with the detailed design and implementation of IBM ISIM and ISAM.

- Skilled with leading technical projects and required technical documentation

- Working technical experience in new implementation/upgrade / migration projects on small to large scale of the projects

- Project Management and Documentation skills

- Presentation skills

- Willingness to work on performance on other areas of information security domains such as ISO 27001, Security and Privacy

Required Technical Skills :

- Strong technical understanding and implementation experience on IBM Identity Security Manager (ISIM) and IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM)

- Understanding of the application of different capabilities including full user lifecycle management, RBAC implementation, Compliance requirements and reporting, Multi-factor and risk based authentication, single and simplified sign-on

- Understanding and good working knowledge of JAVA, SAML, LDAP protocols and Directory Services technologies such as Active Directory

- Knowledge and experience of programming in any language (i.e. Java)

- Experience in the infrastructure services required to support a large IT organization would be preferential including DNS, SMTP, LDAP, Network, host/firewall security, Unix/Wintel/Linux

- Excellent knowledge of Windows, Linux, and High Availability.

- Excellent Troubleshooting skills

- Good understanding/working experience on VMWare Workstation / ESX server, Windows servers, Windows Desktops

- Concept of Disaster Recovery / Business Continuity planning

Other :

- Must be willing to travel extensively inside the country

Experience - 3 - 6 years of experience
