I am writing to you in regards with the position open with Deloitte India, Bangalore.  Please find the details below.  - Qualification Chartered Accountants / MBA's from an accredited college/university   - Years of Experience - Freshers with Internal audit experience in article ship   - 0 -1 years of experience in to forensics audit, internal audit  Work experience with Big4 is preferred.  Skill Set :   Should have relevant prior experience in Internal Audit. Prior Forensic experience or a professional qualification in fraud examination would be an added advantage  - Basic understanding of business processes and controls   - Should have strong interpersonal and communication (both verbal and written) skills  - Strong analytical bent of mind and structured problem solving approach   - Strong ability to think out-of-the box and creative bent of mind  - Ability to do quick thinking and respond in sensitive situations  - Should be able to work well in a team  - Adaptability to a dynamic environment often accompanied by shifting priorities and stringent deadlines  - The role would be client facing and will require travel within the country and overseas  Responsibilities:   - The role requires working within the forensic team as part of fraud prevention and detection engagements.   - Responsibilities of the role would require interactions with client personnel to understand processes and policies, and performing in-depth reviews and analysis to enable the engagement team to draw factual and logical conclusions.   - The candidate would also assist in writing confidential reports.   - The candidate should be able to plan and execute in a timely and efficient manner tasks assigned to them, delivering high quality results.   - The candidate should be receptive to client needs and be able to appreciate the sensitivities of an investigation engagement and operate under high confidentiality.
