The Team

Today's business challenges present a new wave of HR, talent and organization priorities. Deloitte's Human Capital services leverage research, analytics, and industry insights to help design and execute critical programs from business driven HR to innovative talent, leadership, and change programs. Work you'll do

- As a practitioner, within the Human Resource, following activities within the firm need to be performed:

- Actively prospect and generate a viable pipeline of opportunities through multiple channels

- Position Darwinbox effectively to win with clients in pursuit of best-in-class HR technology

- Build strong relationships with clients so that they can propagate their Darwinbox success with other prospects

- Keep abreast of the latest trends in the HR technology landscape to generate meaningful conversations and sales opportunities in the target market

- Be a leader at industry events/conferences by actively networking and evangelizing the Darwinbox value proposition

- Provide Darwinbox integration support, troubleshooting for existing integrations understand and provide integrations solutioning for Darwinbox modules: leaves, attendance, Core Inbound, Recruitment and Onboarding

- Deliver high-quality solutions across multiple integration use-cases

Skills Required:

- 12-15 years of experience in a client facing role (Internal client or External client)

- Excellent negotiation, communication, time management and organizational skills

- Proven ability to understand client pain points and proposing solutions

- Proven ability to work and effectively communicate with C-level executives and line of business representatives

- Exposure to ERP systems and fundamental concepts

- Strong and proven problem-solving skills and the desire to understand how things work
