Job Title : Deputy Manager - IT Commercial

Job Summary : Responsible for managing & controlling IT commercial activities e.g. IT budget preparation, budget tracking and controlling. Cost Management and cost allocation. Preparing MIS for IT budget variance. Reconciliation with various stake holder internally & externally. Approval of IT purchase against budget. Preparation of GRN and service delivery acknowledgement.

Job Relationships :

Duties And Responsibilities :

- Handling IT commercial activities for Deloitte India firm

- Budget preparation

- Budget approval

- Budget tracking & controlling

- Preparing variance reports

- Reconciliation of cost numbers with various stake holders e.g. account and respective business units

- Liaising with global organization related to IT cost

- Preparation of GRN and service receipt

- Performing transactions on ERP system SAP

- Preparation of MIS

- Recommendation on IT cost charging methodology

- Monitoring of IT cost

Position Requirements :

Education/Experience :

- Graduate / post graduate. M.Com /CFA preferred.

- Total experience of 7-8 years.

- Preferably from services industry

- Have worked in managing budget in other organization

Knowledge :

- Working knowledge of SAP FICO or any other ERP

- Expert user of MS Office products especially in Excel.

Key Competencies :

- Candidates must have customer service, accurate and logical problem solving and communication skills, and the ability to work in a team environment

- Excellent planning and organization skills

- Good in documentation, an organized individual with excellent verbal and written abilities

- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Reliable and cooperative team player; displays consideration and respect for others

- Self-motivated, self-managed and proactive
