Work you'll do :

- Create, manage, and utilize high performance relational databases including Business intelligence tools, i.e., SQL Server, SSIS, Microsoft Access, OLAP

- Understand, extract and analyse data from accounting ERP systems such as Tally, SAP (SD MM FICO modules), Microsoft Dynamics Navision

- Mine large data sets to discover transaction patterns, uncover anomalies

- Perform data profiling and quality control, develop database reports, normalize relational data and build data models and visualization dashboards

- Understand engagement objectives and plan tasks accordingly

- Provide input with respect to practice and business development initiatives

- Provide and build relationships across different service lines and teams

- Balance multiple client projects and other responsibilities

- Communicate effectively

- Provide guidance to the junior team members

- Perform firm's risk mitigation procedures on engagements

Qualifications :

Candidates should also have a graduate degree in 1 or more of the following from an accredited college/university (or significant related employment experience):

- A dual major/minor combination including Computer Science or Management Information Systems and Business, i.e., Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management, Statistics, Mathematics

- Electrical or other related Engineering disciplines

- Management Information Systems

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server is required with at least one of the following:

- Microsoft Access

- Any Programming language( Python/Java/VBA preferred)

- OLAP tools

Certifications or preferred knowledge in following areas will be an added advantage:

- SQL / Oracle / DB2 or equivalent database designing, implementation or administration

- Python, R, VBA

- Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense, QlikView

- ETL tool like Altreyx, Pentaho

- SAP SD/MM/FI module , Microsoft Navision

- Sector specific knowledge of processes in areas such as Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Hire to Retire, Production, Inventory etc.

- Experience in designing distributed applications and systems on the Cloud platform like AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google cloud

- Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE)

Additional strengths for Deputy Manager applicants:

- Demonstrated technical excellence, ability to lead and manage significant client engagements.

- Must possess a consultative orientation and ability to deliver a broad range of innovative and value-added services.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

- Must be flexible with the travel requirements of client service projects.

- Professional demeanour and strong communication skills, both written and oral.

- Experience in a professional services firm preferred.
