The Team:

As a member of the Financial Services - Operations Transformation - Consulting team you will embark on an exciting and fulfilling journey with a group of intelligent and innovative globally aware individuals.

We work in conjuncture with Indian and global financial institutions solving key business problems across a broad-spectrum roles and functions, all set against the backdrop of constant industry change.

Work you'll do:

- As a Consultant / Senior Consultant, you will work in an exciting and growing environment, collaborating with other colleagues to design and deliver innovative solutions to leading financial services clients spanning strategy to implementation.

- As part of these engagements, you will develop a deep understanding of client issues, gain deep domain expertise and assist in conceptualization of best-in-class solutions.

Role: Business Analyst

Experience: 5 to 10 years

Skills Required:

- IB Background with a good understanding of IB products, and basic understanding of trade lifecycle

- Relevant BA experience - Both functional BAs and core technical BAs.

- Must demonstrate hands-on experience performing a variety of core BA activities e.g. planning the approach, running the requirements gathering sessions, synthesising information gathered from the requirements sessions in a format appropriate to the intended audience.

- Experience of creating key documents like BRD, FRD and Project status reports for senior stakeholders.

- Candidates must be comfortable using a variety of approaches to capture and present information/data and will be able to explain why they have chosen certain approaches or techniques used

- Experience on managing senior stakeholders in current profile

- Experience on strategic initiatives with middle and senior management

- Managing forums like working group, Executive committee or Steer-cos
