The Team Enterprise Technology and Performance is a Service Area comprising of Consulting professionals providing various service offerings on Finance, Supply Chain, SAP, Oracle and Project/Program Management Work you will do The primary role of a Associate Director is to make immediate, direct contributions to enhancing our clients- competitive position and performance in ways that are distinctive, innovative, and sustainable. Practitioner is also responsible for managing teams. - Advice clients and Finance executives on the creation of strategies and capabilities to support enterprise-wide decision-making, improve finance operations, and strengthen stakeholder management - Business Process Review - assess the current performance of the finance function and identify areas of improvements in efficiency and effectiveness - Run process workshops to assess the process capabilities, document the process maps/flows and together with the process participants identify &amp; prioritize process improvement opportunities - Process Design - standardize and simplify processes to enable cost effective operations with the best use of technology - Performance / KPI Management - assist finance to define an effective set of performance measures and KPIs which will focus the business on the delivery of strategy and business plans - Budgeting, Planning and Forecasting - standardize and improve planning processes to create alignment and synergies, develop the vision for the end-state planning cycle with a clearly articulated process and system improvement roadmap including key milestones, expected benefits and impact of technology - Drive project execution in the delivery of process improvements through the use of Lean/Agile techniques and through structured project governance Qualification - Overall 9- 12 years experience of which 6 years have been specifically on Finance Process Transformation (exp. after Master's qualification) - Mandatory Master's Degree specialized in Finance from reputed institutions (CA or MBA) - Outstanding Communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong understanding of project management and team management skills - A strong and demonstrated interest in consulting and/or advisory client service - Excellent academic credentials for both undergraduate and graduate coursework Your role as a leader At Deloitte India, we believe in the importance of leadership at all levels.
