As Business Operations and Strategy Associate Director, you will work closely with the head of Risk Advisory and Executive Committee (ExCo) / senior leadership for Deloitte Risk Advisory and Deloitte leadership to drive the Risk Advisory practice strategy and day-to-day operations. You will work with multiple teams to ensure the practice strategic objectives are being met including enabling the decision making for various high impact areas. You will be required to set-up the PMO for Risk Advisory and run the governance structures for effective functioning of the practice.

Role and Responsibilities :

Practice Ops/PMO :

- Enabling the Risk Advisory Leadership to manage the practice strategy and day-to-day operations for Deloitte's India Risk Advisory business

- Design and implement program managing high-priority cross-functional strategic initiatives for the practice, including several transformational initiatives

- Driving the Executive Committee meetings to bring right issues to table, address the priorities, and driving the action items

- Setting-up governance structures to run several cross-functional projects

- Managing leadership reporting at regional and global level

Practice Strategy :

- Assist in building and driving the Risk Advisory practice strategy

- Investment planning, fiscal planning, RoI tracking

Strategic Initiatives :

- Identifying improvement areas across the org units and enabling areas, and propose/drive relevant interventions

- Driving special projects at practice level covering a wide stakeholder group

- Business process enhancement and streamlining
