Description

The incumbent in this role will be a Technology Enthusiast with knowledge and understanding of various emerging technology areas and experience in the areas of training needs identification, vendor management, program/project management, cross border stakeholder management, financial management.

The scope of work covers,

1) Driving strategic initiatives that directly support USI Risk and Financial Advisory (RFA) strategy,

2) Support the development of project ready skills, including key technical skills for RFA practitioners

3) Lead various key learning and development initiatives for the team

4) Manage the overall training process for USI RFA team.

In conjunction with the US India RFA Development CoE leadership, the role holder will act as a performance consultant and will build and manage key stakeholder relationships across Talent and USI/US RFA. He/she will also manage the learning investments allocated for the fiscal, drive learner involvement in design and delivery of programs, enhance operational efficiencies ensuring on-time deliveries and coach availability, and will leverage 3E framework for all career models.

Work you- ll do :

Strategy :

- Drive strategic initiatives that support the RFA talent strategy

- Assist business leadership in making appropriate decisions around development and areas of focus, to align with the business and talent strategy

- Align closely with the US Learning team, develop and sustain a high-touch learning culture and enable a consistent approach towards development

- Manage L&D investment through effective planning, budgeting, forecasting, and vendor management

- Use learning measurement and analytics to assess program efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring that all key learning metrics are measured, published and leveraged for decision making

Managing Relationships :

- Build deep relationships with key leaders and develop a strong understanding of their business needs and strategic priorities in order to provide effective service delivery

- Act as a performance consultant and manage key stakeholder relationships across Talent and USI/US RFA

- Establish appropriate, timely and targeted communication cadence with business stakeholders to build a positive perception and ensure greater visibility, business connect, and solution orientation

Operations :

- Support the development of innovative and customized formal and informal L&D solutions and own the delivery of such solutions along with impact measurement, program revisions, communication etc.

- Simplify learning opportunities / make learning more planned and predictable for RFA professionals.

- Enhance operational efficiencies ensuring on-time deliveries and coach availability, and leverage 3E framework for all career models.

- Use financial management skills to plan and budget appropriately

- Conduct a cost-benefit analysis to make proposals related to design, development, and delivery

Key Stakeholders :

This role will require interaction with the following business and talent leadership roles -

- USI RFA Development CoE

- USI RFA - Learning SPOCs

- Talent Business Advisory group

- Talent - Resource Management Group

- US RFA Development CoE

The key job Accountabilities :

- Operational excellence - client satisfaction, quality of services and work products, timeliness and efficiency - assessed through client feedback

- Financial management - Financial planning for responsibility area, the managing period wise variance between re-forecast and actual to within +-10%

- Deliverable portfolio and effort management

- Management of issues, risks, and continuous improvement

- Contribution to the team, practice, and stakeholders

The team :

Talent team offers HR solutions by tapping into the different aspects of HR policies, to ensure every professional's engagement with the organization is meaningful. It is structured into five major organizations: Talent Acquisition, Talent Delivery, Talent Development, Talent Specialties, and Talent Operations.

Required:

- Education: MBA or Equivalent Degree

- Experience Required: 5 to 7 years years

Preferred Skills:

- Experience working with clients/stakeholders to analyze existing practices, recommend improvements and lead change initiatives

- At least 3 years of experience in the area of Technical Skills training

- Experience in overall training process management, training needs identification, vendor management, program/project management, cross-border stakeholder management, financial management

Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 9 Am - 6 Pm
