What you'll achieve As part of the Talent Acquisition team you would be representing Dell Technologies in the talent market. You would also be responsible for fulfilling the talent need to drive Dell Technologies aggressive growth strategy. This is an Individual Contributor role and would involve managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers and the talent community. You will: - Support the full talent acquisition lifecycle by performing the following duties: Accessing hiring demand, Sourcing, screening & interviewing candidates - Provide exemplary experience to hiring managers and candidates. - Deliver comprehensive candidate pools through aggressive sourcing channels including, but not limited to professional network, Direct sourcing, social media, employee referrals and competitor mapping. - Deliver year-over-year performance improvement against core metrics that drive optimum recruiting execution including quality of hire, cost-per-hire, agency usage, Diversity mix etc. Take the first step towards your dream career Every Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table.
