Our HR Generalists are at the heart of it all, playing an integral role in the organization. We lead the planning and implementation of high-value, quality human resources programs, practices and procedures for people at all levels. We- re also trusted to advise company leaders on HR policy and programs, recommending decisions in line with the company's strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities :

- Directs the efforts of others in the achievement of the strategic and operational objectives of the group.


- Responsible for career development/planning, performance and pay discussions of HR team members.


- Develops, implements and administers company programs for team members. 


- Understands all applicable governmental regulations and advocate compliance requirements.


- Analyzes business challenges and HR programs to identify improvement opportunities.


- Provides consulting and business partnering to leaders in achieving company objectives.


- Provides counsel to business leaders to ensure the hiring, staffing and maintenance of a diverse and effective workforce capable of delivering the business strategy.


- Responsible for coordinating several human resources functions such as employment and staffing, labor relations, compensation, learning and organization development, diversity, records, benefits and team member services.


- Oversees the successful rollout of updated or new HR programs and initiatives.

Essential Requirements :

- Participates as key driver in human resource policy and program development in partnership with other senior human resource staff

- Establishes operational objectives and assignments, and delegates to subordinate leaders

- Ensures budgets, schedules and performance requirements for team are met

- Partners with senior business leaders to drive business results by defining the necessary people actions to successfully execute the business strategy

- Act as the primary point of contact for senior leaders, providing expertise and guidance in the areas of organizational performance, performance management, culture and change management, coaching, talent assessment and organizational design

- Drive performance excellence, ensuring that goal-setting, follow-up and corrective actions are taken in a timely manner

- Identify key organizational issues, change management needs and the appropriate HR levers to maximize current and future organization performance

- Coach business leaders on leadership behaviors and practices, employee communication, development and performance management strategies and tactics to promote engagement and a culture of continuous growth and development

- Actively partner with clients to execute HR and talent management processes to attract, develop and retain high quality talent

- Lead organizational development activities to develop and enhance current organizational capabilities, focused on helping the business grow and operate more efficiently. Lead processes to effect change and increase organizational effectiveness

- Possesses strong product/technology/industry knowledge

- Ability to lead, motivate and direct a work group

Desirable Requirements :

- Typically 14+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience 


- Typically requires 4+ years managerial/leadership experience
