Dell - Senior Data Scientist/CMDM Consultant - Performance Analytic Group (7-12 yrs)
We are looking for a candidate to join our Performance Analytic Group and be committed to lead projects with data-intensive analytics. The candidate will develop new methodologies and tools to create ML/AI algorithms to ensure accuracy of mapping in Dell Customer Base.
- Develop ML/AI algorithms in Python/R/Other suitable languages to enable constant revision of cleanness of customer base and accuracy of customer mapping
- Develop algorithms, and automate processes to cleanse, integrate and evaluate large data-sets from multiple disparate sources
- Work comfortably with Big Data problems and understand areas of applications
- Scale algorithms in prototype to robust solutions within Dell standardized data systems and infrastructure
- Seek to understand customers' profiles and understand data gaps/need for data enhancement.
- Develop new practices and methodologies for working with the internal data technologies, tracking industry and Dell company-wide best practices.
- Learn new tools and environments to streamline/standardize/optimize existing methodology
- Partners with both internal and external resources to gather and examine data from disparate sources with the goal of discovering previously hidden insights.
- Handle projects with a long term-focus in a timely manner and act as sought out subject matter analytics expert.
- Serve as a resource for the identification of requirements and possible technical approach to the development of new analytics capabilities for the big data platform, relating to core subject-matter expertise.
- Proactively identify gaps and collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross functional teams to find solutions, while solidifying commitments to execute these.
- Coach, mentor, and grow teammates in modelling capabilities
