Recruitment Marketing / Employer Brand Lead - India

As the Recruitment Marketing Lead with Dell, your primary responsibility will be to serve as the strategic advisor to provide subject matter expertise and consultation regarding all aspects of our talent attraction strategy in India. Specifically, this will include recruitment marketing & media, digital and social media strategy and employer brand engagement.

This individual should understand the big-picture in terms of employer brand strategy to enhance and enrich the experience of key audiences and execute against it by developing creative ideas, as well as rolling up the sleeves to manage our social and digital strategy. This position acts as a strategic partner to recruiting teams and hiring leaders when faced with hiring challenges to drive and execute proactive, creative outreach attraction strategies; coordinates the creative development of recruitment communications and develops/utilizes brand message and images. Applies recruitment marketing strategies to identify, build and maintain channels for content distribution that directly funnel candidates through application workflows, such as the career site and microsites; partners with Corporate Communications, ad agencies, media and tech vendors to build recruitment media plans and solutions to ensure the employer brand and messaging are compelling, achieve hiring objectives, leverage existing corporate owned content and user generated content from existing employees and leaders.

In addition to focusing on our employer reputation, the individual will focus on improving both internal and external candidate experience with a focus on world-class experience for all candidates involved.

You will be responsible for the following - 

- India's talent attraction, recruitment marketing and employer brand efforts, including program creation, content creation, partnering with media agencies, advancing Dell's company brand within strategic recruiting initiatives and assessing the effectiveness of those activities. This includes monitoring the placement of all media for accuracy, reviewing metrics and making recommendations for ongoing optimization and efficiencies.

- Act as a strategic partner to recruiting teams when faced with hiring challenges (media campaigns, micro-strategies, events, local/regional initiatives, functional area, brand awareness campaigns, pipeline generation).

Content Creation:

- Develop content with a focus on job-seeker facing materials to communicate culture / employer brand story for digital, social, and mobile, as well platforms.

- Review, write, distribute, analyze and provide feedback on content, copy, images, creative, and design to create the best user experience and follow industry best-in-class practices. Will also ensure content meets approved style guide and editorial, SEO, and accessibility guidelines, and adheres to the Dell (Employer) Brand voice and tone. .

- Gather and create compelling employee - centric, humble and authentic content primarily for social media but also covering long form content (blog posts and articles).

- Create opportunities and identify user generated content from existing employees and leaders.

- Partner with 3rd party vendors and advertising agency to support recruitment marketing and multimedia efforts; and with internal resources such as Communications and Marketing to leverage existing corporate owned content, and promote cross sharing of content, as well as representing Talent Attraction through digital and social media, content marketing and advertising and candidate communications.

- Facilitate quarterly business reviews with vendors and ensure you are providing consistent and timely reports, updates and presentations to communicate progress to your stakeholders of all initiatives, programs and tools using tools such as PowerPoint, Excel and SmartSheet.

- Train, consult and support recruiters on India employer brand needs as well as recruiter and employee personal branding to drive employee advocacy.

- Social media expertise including content and community management: placement, measurement, lessons learned, course correction (stop/start/continue). Understand and recommend innovation using social media based on industry trends.

- Support digital projects as required including the creation and support of local landing pages and content pages supporting the India market.

- 5 years corporate or employee communications experience with emphasis on all media types and employer branding.

- 3+ years web & social content delivery experience.

- Copywriting / editing / proofing skills

- Experience implementing Web and Social Content

- Experience in pitching stories to media and executing media/advertising plans and campaigns

- Strategic Marketing/Branding, event planning, project management, previous agency/corp exp

- Must be detail oriented, organized, and able to juggle multiple projects

- Familiar with niche business and technology networking groups

- willingness to work various shifts to possibly include monitoring social media channels after-hours and/on weekends

Desired:

- Creating/developing Web and Social Content

- Curating and telling the corporate culture story

- SEO/SEM strategy

- Managing top of funnel, - always on- recruitment media, as well as ad hoc, reactive campaigns

- Graphic Design

- HTML skills, either with editing programs (i.e., Dreamweaver, Homesite, etc. or without (i.e., Notepad)
