Overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project.

Coordinates cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activity, which bring distinct, specific projects to completion on time and within budget. Responsible for leadership of large, complex, global/regional projects involving M&A and strategic transformation of Human Resources Services and Solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:-

Project manage and drive Mergers & Acquisitions ( particularly benefit integration), divestiture and C&B related projects for India and Middle East.

Define, develop, organize and document project plan based on overall global project objective and regional C&B inputs.

Monitor projects and programs from initiation through delivery. Track action items, influence stakeholders and escalate where necessary to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.

Conduct meetings, update and present to key stakeholders.

Engage and effectively work with PMO, external consultants and regional C&B team.

Act basis the recognition that risk directly impacts the likelihood of success and that this risk must be both formally and informally measured throughout the lifetime of a project.

Key Success Factors

- Ensuring tracking and reporting of project deliverables / milestones and key activities as per the regional plan

- Ensuring all projects follow the project management methodology and potential risks are shared inadvance for deliberation and action.

Attributes/Skills Required/Sought

- Effective communicator with strong presentation skills

- Have a combination of skills including an ability to ask penetrating questions, detect unstated assumptions and resolve conflicts, as well as more general management skills.

- Good in project management ability with skills & experience in planning, defining scope, activity planning and sequencing, developing schedules, creating charts, time estimates, documentation, risk analysis, monitoring and reporting progress.

- Experience in business partnering, working with large cross functional team and vendor management.

Involving multiple cross fictional stakeholders, influence and promote ideas upwards

- Strong HR Functional process knowledge is desirable.
