India Consumer and Small Business Experience Operations Advisor role(ecommerce)

The India CSB Experience Operations Advisor will be part of the Global CSB Dell.com organisation as we work to modernise Dell.com with an easy-to-navigate, customer-centric experience. The CSB Dell.com organisation is designed to enable globally consistent online experiences and capabilities, exponential sales growth, fulfil globally consistent SLAs for operational and experiential updates and accelerate the focus and momentum to transform Dell.com by maintaining parallel efforts to run and evolve the site.

The Global Dell.com Experience Operations team are specifically responsible for:-

Content selection: imagery, banners, pathing Pathing: linking and masthead Campaign page builds Product launch: sustaining and new product launch Deals execution

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

- India dell.com site merchandising operations - Cross-functional coordination to generate required dell.com briefs

- Own updates for banners, learn pages, coupons, taglines, EOL requests etc

- Pre and post go live auditing to ensure content is accurate and legally compliant

- Create campaign pages as required by business, working closely with cross-functional teams

- Undertake daily - walk in customer's shoes- audits looking at product images, content, pathing etc, submitting requests to update where necessary

- Support the launch of new products on dell.com (regional review and input, create request ppt, communication with local and global teams, OC image creation, store module request, auditing and issue resolution)

- Work with SEO team to ensure India site is optimised with right keywords, meta data, browse titles & page titles to improve page ranking

- Support the launch of new IT releases by performing UAT

- Work with T&T team on new test ideas

- Continuously review all aspects of the site and challenge the norm - redesign, test and search for improvements in conversion and leakage

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

- Demonstrate solid project management and ability to multitask/run multiple activities concurrently. Effectively handle multiple ad-hoc requests/projects.

- Strong organizational and coordination skills in a multi-cultural environment

- Excellent attention to detail

- Ability to deal with ambiguity and multiple direction changes.

- Think outside the box creatively - use creative and marketing skills to develop best in class merchandising and messaging

- Excellent communication skills - ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization, and across multiple stakeholder teams.

- Strong team player and supporter

- Fluent in English

- General Marketing / Online / Online Marketing experience preferable

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Finally, individual should have optimistic, but pragmatic attitude and like working in team/cross-functional settings.
