Dell - Global Ethics & Compliance Investigator (8-12 yrs)

Primary Responsibilities for this Role :

- Directs and oversees timely and thorough completion of moderate and lower risk ethics matters in South Asia and India;

- Assists South Asia and India ethics leads on complex investigations and other ethics matters as needed;

- Works with subject matter experts to ensure SLAs are met;

- Analyzes investigation outcomes and identifies potential controls, education or process gaps;

- Engages Ethics and Compliance Strategic Program Office to ensure investigations produce learnings, not just findings;

- Completes root cause analysis following investigation closure where appropriate;

- Provides ethics training and presentations on key risk areas;

- Partners with South Asia and India ethics leads on regional strategy; and

- Partners closely with local legal, HR, finance, internal audit and other support professionals.

Scope and Complexity :


- Works with global ethics team and with regional employees; operates with substantial latitude for un-reviewed action or decision; leads cross functional and sometimes global projects.

Job Requirements for this Role :

- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business administration, Accounting or in related field;

- 8+ years work experience in the area of investigations, auditing, and/or ethics & compliance;

- Excellent strategic thinking skills, process improvement skills, relationship building, command skills and a passion for maintaining an ethical culture, in addition to excellent functional technical skills.

- Fluency in English is required.
