Key Responsibilities : 

- Primary point of contact for APJ employment statutory requirements relating to Human Resources policy & process

- Management of APJ privacy regulation compliance / local APJ privacy regulations

- General project and program management of internal, external, and statutory audits relating to HR data and responsibilities in APJ region

- Primary point of contact for consulting HR organization and other Dell business units on regulatory change management and trends

Essential Requirements : 

- Bachelors degree./PG or 7-10 years of applicable Human Resources or audit experience

- Working knowledge of statutory regulations across APJ region (including the employee lifecycle, employee compensation, benefits, privacy, and cybersecurity, etc.

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft office tool (Excel / Visio / Powerpoint)

Desirable Requirements : 

- Experience with HR systems: WorkDay, ServiceNow

- Experience conducting executive level presentations and leading training for groups

- Understanding of audit controls, risk assessment, and processes
