- The Deployment Services Business Planning Team is seeking an exceptional leader and a forward thinker to work with us on key strategic initiatives, business transformation and growing our field delivery business. As a Consultant, you will be part of a hand-picked internal consulting team with high visibility to senior leadership within Services. 

- You should be comfortable with a fast-paced dynamic environment, be able to clearly and concisely develop strategies, research and identify industry trends, communicate recommendations and conclusions with the support of detailed analysis and sources and may be asked to regularly participate in executive level dialogue to support these deliverables. An ideal candidate would have 7+ years of Strategy Consulting experience and an overall of 12 plus years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and facilitate strategy discussion sessions and workshops

- Conduct stakeholder interviews.

- Identify and structure problems, create hypotheses and execute analysis-

- Translate data into meaningful insights- Present recommendations to key decision makers.

- Managing cross-functional teams to drive a set of tactical actions

- Build comprehensive strategy plans that articulate the business challenge, alternatives for solutioning and recommended go forward actions

- Work with top executives across the organization and influence senior level thinking

Essential Requirements : 

- Overall 12+ years of experience of Strategy Consulting experience

- Proficiency leading and managing multiple workstreams, project teams (3+ person) and informal teams

- Distinctive problem-solving skills and thought leadership to understand business complexities, run complex analytics and synthesize actionable recommendations

- Strong influencing skills and ability to build trust-based relationship and work as a trusted advisor on key strategies

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to executive/C-level stakeholders; ability to influence without direct authority

- Self-direction and motivation, ability to operate independently, comfort with ambiguity

- Mindset and drive to enable truly impactful and transformational change

- Distinctive problem solving and analytical thinking skills

- Strong leadership skills and an ownership mindset

- Proven ability to build out supporting slides in PowerPoint that simplify the complexity of the business challenge and quickly enable the audience to comprehend the situation and recommendations
