We lead the development, implementation and maintenance of compensation and benefit programs that track trends in pay and benefits while adhering to government legislation. We also deliver the processes and tools that facilitate the administration of these programs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Oversees the development, implementation and maintenance of compensation and benefit policies and programs, which support company objectives and local practices

- Ensures programs are current with regards to trends, practices and costs

- Provide HR and leadership with ongoing consultation, and develops processes and tools which facilitate the administration of effective, equitable and compliant programs

- Provides direction to executives and global leaders for any question regarding compensation and benefits; fills the role of trusted advisor for senior executives

- Execute and coordinate strategic initiatives and projects related to the Company's Compensation and Benefits portfolio

- Maintains a working knowledge of government legislation influencing compensation and benefits

- Ensures adherence to applicable company policies and practices as well as legal and tax regulations

- Partner with global counterparts and conceptualize and design the compensation strategy for the employees

- Interface and support Pay Planning & Market Pricing, Incentives & Recognition, Benefits, Equity, and other programs

- Administer and communicate the company's benefits program plan options, features and enrollment requirements

- Monitors internal, external and peer group compensation and benefits data/trends to ensure competitiveness and effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs in each location

- Managing HR guidelines and company level policies by actively engaging with various internal and external stakeholders

- Provides guidance, advice, analysis and training of Human Resources departments in connection with compensation and benefits policies


- Acts as a liaison with carriers, vendors and consultants on various matters such as plan design, contracts, coverage and renewals

Qualifications :

- Typically requires 15+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience

- Typically requires 10+ years diversified leadership, planning, communication, organization and people motivation skill or equivalent experience

- Recognized as an influential leader

- Expert knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements

- Expert knowledge of principles and practices of benefits and compensation programs
