Dell Legal Operations is looking for an experienced Learning Experience Designer that can interface with stakeholders to create engaging and instructional materials for our clients across the enterprise. In this position you will focus on designing and developing dynamic, visual learning solutions, instructor led and self-paced, to help solve business problems. From analysis to implementation and evaluation, you will create impactful and valuable learning experiences to enable Dells business strategy while raising awareness around key risks and business critical issues. Whether it's a video, eLearning, live class, job-aid, or something else, you will consult with your Legal counterparts to figure out the best approach and execute through leveraging existing content or creating something brand new, all while helping ensure our Legal teams are making use of the most innovative, up-to-date learning techniques, tools, and technologies. You will influence and drive change management in helping our Legal teams recognize the value and benefits of these learning solutions. Key Responsibilities -

- Plan and manage instructional design projects, providing for the effective implementation of instructional products and programs.

- Design, develop and maintain course materials, eLearning, videos, train the trainer materials, job aids, evaluations, tests, etc.

- Consult with business partners to design learning solutions based upon audience needs and task analysis that include recommended delivery method, curriculum content, and supporting materials to ensure mastery of learning objectives.

- Curate and leverage existing materials as part of an overall learning strategy.

- Establish trusted relationships with business partners to stay aligned to forecast learning needs and recommend learning solutions.

- Establish, implement, and maintain instructional design methodologies, tools, and best practices

- Implement new courses, curriculum, and updates to existing materials.

- Conduct tests to ensure design fulfills needs of learners.

- Communicate design methodology to trainers and coach them to properly deploy materials.

- Evaluate the effectiveness of training design through the creation of assessments, activities, and evaluations that measure the mastery of learning objectives during and after training.

- Analyze data/results and make changes to address opportunities.

- Recommend prioritization of updates and ensure implementation.

- Lead and communicate change management and enablement to ensure optimal adoption of learning techniques and technologies.

Essential Requirements

- Experience designing and deploying learning solutions to achieve and measure progress against business objectives

- Strong knowledge of learning and development concepts and methodology, including measurement

- Able to apply business skills to managing instructional design

- Effectively communicate in visual, oral and written form and interpersonal skills

- Apply current research and theory to the practice of instructional design

- Update and improve knowledge, skills and attitudes pertaining to instructional design

- History working within technology solutions and internet

- Ability to project-manage solution development and execution

- Ability to think creatively and function well in team environment

- High degree of poise and tact in interfacing with and presenting to internal customers, including high level executives, and external vendors

- Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams

- High degree of sensitivity to confidential information

- Detail-oriented, self-motivated individual who feels comfortable making decisions quickly

- Bachelors degree, JD or higher

- 8+ years working experience, preferably within a corporate legal department, law firm or legal vendor

Desirable Requirements

- Knowledge of legal and compliance risk areas preferred (not subject matter expert) and how to identify and structure strategic educational solutions

- Work experience within a corporate legal department, law firm or legal vendor
