The position is for a Director to manage and run the UK Small Business Sales Division based in Hyderabad. This business is a very high growth business and the appointed person is expected to influence and implement the strategy to deliver the three-year business aspiration.

Job Responsibilities :

- Drives all key P&L metrics (units, revenue, margin, bad & aged debt, operating expense) for the UK Small Business team Drives and manages all operational metrics for the UK Small business team: talk time, outage, attrition, training and ethics compliance

- Implement global small business best of breed practices

- Manages inside sales team members. Represents, communicates and executes on specific sales strategies.

- Provides authoritative advice to top leadership based on deep subject matter expertise.

- Accountable for related performance objectives

- Provides direction, development, and inspiration to team members

- Manages the hiring, staffing and maintaining of a diverse and effective workforce

- Responsible for career development/planning, performance and pay discussions of team members

- May influence and/or develop broad programs and initiatives such as recruitment program and training of internal sales teams as trusted advisors to the UK small business market.

Educational Qualification :

- Undergraduate degree and 10+ years of relevant experience or Graduate degree and 8+ years of relevant experience Candidate Requirement:

- Strong knowledge of the small business industry and business dynamics

- Experience running an inside sales center through first line managers

- 6+ years leadership & people management experience

- Understands complexities of the environment and works within Dell to solve complex business issues

- Collaborates with other functions to resolve escalations/customer issues quickly

- Team managers of 80+ people
