It primarily engages in Remarketing of Dell products that have been returned by customers. It is approximately a $500M business globally and deals with all of Dell's products, from mobility products to Cloud servers and more. This business also supports the P&amp;L of all the business segments within Dell. - Our website showcases our world-leading, mold-breaking tech company at its best. Our Web Production team owns the site's overall content, application and development. From managing the development of editorial content to harnessing the potential of web-based programs, we ensure our website is fit for purpose and more. Using our considerable experience and creative vision, we work on graphics, animation and functionality, alongside icons, color schemes and web infrastructure so our product range can come to life online. - The Web Producer is responsible for the analysis, design, modification and support of websites and supporting systems, databases, and internet/intranet related tools. Focuses on the operations, maintenance, functionality, structure, and look and feel of websites. Creates, supports, and maintains the company web pages including graphics, animation and functionality. Designs and develops web page layout, user interface graphics, icons, color schemes, the web infrastructure for new product release and new web-hosted product offerings, as well as consults on the online content. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: - Ensures website performance and content validity - Provides capacity planning, as well as systems and applications testing on both a regional and global basis - Responsible for development of site specific standards, policies and practices - Develops web content, applications and infrastructure related to websites with more advanced graphics and features Partners with subject matter owners and IT to ensure effective, updated, and informative websites Performs web usability testing - Partners with IT to prioritize functionality, features, and content into production - Ability to work on Website content - Website Banner Design, Image creation - Knowledge of working on Dell Issue/Request submission tools like ServiceNow, OneList, NCAT, FSR, Fusion, JET etc. - Ability to report and interpret Site traffic data into meaningful insights - Respond to emails on Content request and Online Issues, Ability to manage queue - Ability to track and manage time spent on Web content production work - Site Audits - Tracking Online issues, broken links, images and working with Content groups to address issues. - Generating Adhoc/Regular KPI report for online team perusal - Managing POs in Ariba - Issue management - working with cross functional IT/Online content groups to drive issue to closer. - Site/ Feature/ Testing Support - CTB Project Support - Coupon / Deals Execution - Leverage Adobe Photoshop, MS Office, CMS, Content Studio etc to generate web content - Participates in the design, specification, implementation and maintenance of websites - Implements and contributes to the development of site-specific standards, policies and practices - Participates with customers in design reviews, technical briefings and needs assessments - Works on assignments where slight judgment and initiative is required to resolve problems and make choices, recommendations or decisions - Regularly exercises discretion and semi-independent judgment on business matters Other Success Factors: - Proficient level of verbal and written communication skills - Excellent team player and works through interpersonal challenges effectively in Dell's interest. - Creating PO's through Ariba and receiving once service completed. - Monitor quality of Outlet website and follow up with any issues that may be present e.g. incorrect pricing, poor imagery, wrong content showing. - Manage the execution and implementation of promotional/NPI assets. - Ad hoc support to the regional Online Managers. - Ability to learn quickly. - Basic knowledge of website development and support Benefits: - We offer highly competitive salaries, bonus programs, world-class benefits, and unparalleled growth and development opportunities - all to create a compelling and rewarding work environment. - If you have advanced knowledge of web tools together with strong creative vision, this is your opportunity to develop with Dell.
