Job description : 1. Preparation of financial statements of company with large turnover and multiple business streams as per Ind AS requirements for the year FY17. 2. Play key role in audit process. Support certain critical audit areas like inventory, warranty provision etc. 3. Prepare for the secondary ledger entries to address GAAP differences and reporting requirements. 4. Understand the process of the audit area assigned, execute the schedules in timely appropriate manner and close the audit of the same with statutory auditors. 5. Assess implications of implementation of accounting standards for US/ India. Qualification, Experience and skills expected : 1. Chartered Accountant with 4 to 5 years of experience in audit firms in areas of statutory audit/ in corporate houses with relevant work experience. 2. Strong accounting knowledge and understanding of statutory reporting requirements under Companies Act, 2013, Income Tax Act, 1961. 3. Conceptual understanding of financial statements requirements. Any experience/ knowledge on Ind AS will be key advantage. 4. Expertise in excel to able to handle the volume and complexity of workings that may be involved.
