Delivery & Solutions - Advanced Analytics

JOB ROLE:

- Provide leadership and manage the delivery organization for overall account portfolio. Will need to manage large project accounts, which will require the ability to engage with customers at C level.

- To lead Delivery Management for all of Services’ AA marquee accounts.

- This would include managing customers and their expectations.

- Manage and grow such customer relationships in value, customer satisfaction, revenue mix

- Up sell & Cross sell of services

- Leading, growing and mentoring an enthusiastic team of high energy professionals and build future leaders.

- Delivery Leadership: Enhance delivery, quality, governance processes; manage client concerns & escalations; drive productivity, utilization.

- Will drive future growth by managing gross margins, ideal revenue mix.

- Will be involved in solution development, RFP support.

- Create new services which map to the market place requirements.

- As a senior leader of the team, this role will carry responsibility in aiding organization development, innovation & providing solution while also aiding business development effort.

- Build additional competencies & skills sets in line with market requirements and future growth potential

JOB SPECIFICATION:

- Strong knowledge of AA Delivery Management processes, tools, onsite-offshore engagement model.

- Should have handled Delivery of close to 100 people in Advanced analytics for US Retail, CPG customers with gross margin targets

- Should have strong customer relationship and project management capabilities.

- Should possess excellent team management, communication and leadership skills

- It is necessary that the successful candidate will strong experience to engage with customers at senior leadership levels.

- Should be able to drive Solutioning and proposals

- Should have background in Statistics

- Should be able to do solutioning and should be customer facing
