Major Responsibilities :

Working experience in Travel & Hospitality, as a domain, is mandatory.

1. Provide day-to-day management and leadership to a team size of approximately 200+ software development professionals

2. Ensure that delivery targets are met

3. Nurture, guide and help grow a first level management team, steering them towards consistency in process and procedures.

4. Intricate planning and management of resources - hiring and bench management in accordance with established targets.

5. Create a process driven eco-system that utilizes the best practices of the industry, such that the operation can scale as demands increase.

6. Continuously interface with Clients, ensuring timely and quality delivery and act as the focal point for all escalations.

7. Manage the center of innovation - drive an innovative culture through the organization. Lead efforts in evaluating new technologies and how they could benefit clients.

Desired Qualifications :

1. 14-17 years experience with reputed SI firms and a proven track record of working with International clients & Working experience in Travel & Hospitality, as a domain, is mandatory.

2. P&L management

3. Bachelor in Computer Science from IIT or REC is mandatory. Master's in Business Management is a definite plus.

4. Strong technical acumen required. Must be very familiar with modern technologies. Extensive background in Java is necessary.

5. Proven expertise in building large teams number in excess of 1000 software professionals.

6. Strong written and oral communications is a must.

7. Ability to engage clients at CXO/CIO level to highlight business and value propositions in a consultative manner.

8. Must possess expertise in implementation, roll-out, support & maintenance, shared services model, value-engineering, audit, testing, and development services.

9. Good understanding of commercial aspects of IT outsourcing business, manage P&L etc.

10. Must have experience of working with International clients in USA, UK,ME .

11. Strong presence and leadership qualities. Must be able to inspire large teams.
