Delivery Manager - Startup

- Able to understand the situation/requirement and then to be able to structure thoughts/presentations/meeting which ensures alignment across stakeholders and achieve desired outcome. e.g. Introduction of concept/new requirements to team members/clients. Analysis & Solutioning

- Suggest alternate options/workarounds within the existing solution in case if a requirement is not available as-is in the current system/product

- Identify and document Non-Functional Requirements of any feature/function/requirement

- Review all the integration needs for a client and provide relevant inputs where needed and ensure all touch points are taken care off

Onboarding/Account & Project management

- Adept in all aspects of SDLC, especially agile project methodology. Is aware of best practices in Agile and is able to implement the same in his/her project. Is able to suggests improvements in processes so as to effectively optimize cost and performance

- Tracks critical milestones and ensures on-time delivery of all requirements & deliverables

- Coordinate with of the client and internal resources/teams for the flawless execution of the project.

- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs & Risk using appropriate verification techniques (E.g. Raid Logs etc)

- Prepare status reports and weekly/monthly update presentations for management review

- Should be able to think ahead and foresee (forward thinking approach) upcoming critical issues and is able to communicate the same to relevant stakeholders, raise it or own it and work on solutions.

- Is able to share Billing and estimations report with the Client by discussing with technical team. Is able to explain and get an approval on agreed estimates.

Profile

- Should have an experience of at least 7+ years in project management and 3+ years in end to end software delivery management, including onsite experience at international client locations for 2+ years.

- Should have product delivery experience and know-how of SaaS development and delivery and have grown in roles like Dev/Test/BA

- Knowledge and experience with Agile best practices (you know how to be a Scrum Master and would be comfortable teaching others the ropes).

- Communication expertise. You know how to be proactive and communicate the right message in the right context. And you can deliver your message in different mediums and formats including emails, meetings, presentations, etc.

- Experience in delivering IT projects from offshore to onshore at a client. You know all aspects of the SDLC, can interface with all the disciplines involved

- An understanding of metrics-driven processes. You are comfortable with task definition, backlog tracking, burn-down metrics and velocity.

- A talent for being detail oriented and excelling even while keeping a lot of balls in the air.

- Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence MS-Project is a must.

- Spoken and written English needs to be excellent

- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

- PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
