Experience: 15-20 Years

Profile:

- Hands on implementation experience on Oracle Analytics Suite of Products like Hyperion and OBIEE/OBIA

- Excellent knowledge of Oracle EPM on premises and Cloud applications such as EPBCS, FCCS etc.

- Must have experience/hands on knowledge of Oracle BICS, OACS and Big Data Cloud Service

- Overall must have at least 15-20 years of experience with specific Oracle Hyperion/OBIEE experience of 8-10 years

- Must have handled a large practice team of around 100+ consultants

Job Description:

- Will be responsible for Solution Architecting and also leading pre-sales efforts

- Will be responsible for mining the business and build active pipeline for growth

- Should bring in thought leadership for overall growth of the Practice by developing competency as per market demands, developing specific solutions, automations and RPA

- Will also be responsible for the project deliveries

- Will have to act as a mentor to the team and ensure proactive employee engagement, grooming high performers and future leaders

- Excellent communication skills and a dynamic personality to connect with the client Sr. Management
