Education: MBA and engineering from a premier institute (IIM/ISB/IIT)

Hiring :

1. Delivery Manager with 2 to 4 Yrs. of Experience in BFSI, Banking Industry, Lending, Fintech. Experience in building complex and core financial enterprise software.

2. Senior Delivery Manager with 4 to 8 Yrs. of Experience in BFSI, Banking Industry, Lending, Fintech. Experience in building complex and core financial enterprise software. Leading a team of multiple delivery managers and will be overseeing multiple projects from a delivery POV. They will be reporting to Program Directors.

- The Delivery Manager will be responsible for managing the overall delivery of the performance of the product suite for various clients.

- He will act as the owner and key person responsible for the success, delivery and overall profitability of the delivery of the Project/Product.

 - Understand the Product Capabilities, Own the Project Success and Profitability.

- Ensure that the project solutions/deliverables adhere to Global Project Management framework and methodology compliance.

- Own the delivery of project ensuring quality, timeliness, and cost.

- Business Advisors having experience in executing software/transformation agendas/programs will also be suitable for this role.

- Aptitude for client-facing, strong communication, and analytic skills.
