- SAP S/4HANA Financial expert who will work closely with client to deliver S/4HANA solutions that are aligned with best practices and as per the solution technical vision and design
Primary Skills:
- Financial domain experience with at least 2 - 3 end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA ERP modules - specifically finance and procurement modules
- Experience on S/4HANA asset management, sales and distribution modules is a plus
- SAP ECC experience only with no / limited SAP S/4HANA experience will not be considered
- Demonstrated business acumen and understanding is a plus.
Required Experience and Skills:
- 8 - 10 years of relevant experience leading full lifecycle SAP Financial Management and ERP implementations with at least 2 SAP S/4HANA Financials projects
- Experience in design, development and implementation of SAP S/4HANA solutions to align with client business vision and strategy
- Experience in implementation, enhancement & support activities within SAP S/4HANA cloud and on-premise environments
- Experience working on quality assurance reviews including system review and post implementation reviews to identify the gaps between user requirement and what's configured in system and providing corrective actions
- Ability to contribute in system/vendor selection projects for clients including business requirements gathering, development of RFP, evaluation models and supporting clients in evaluation of systems and vendors
- Proven success record in managing diverse teams in complex client environments - Experience in managing teams with an onshore - offshore structure
- Experience in business aspects of finance functions including reporting, accounting standards, shared services, is a plus
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, including ability to handle client facing roles
- Ability to effectively manage multiple clients/projects
- Ability to effectively work independently and plan next steps and tasks on projects
- Expertise in cloud services and integration
- Strong understanding and demonstrated experience of different software development lifecycle methodologies like iterative / agile
- Strong understanding of SAP Activate methodology for implementation
- Experience in ERP migration projects from ECC to S/4HANA is a plus Key expectations from the role
- Lead workshops for business requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, blueprinting workshops, functional configurations, technical design, data conversion/migration, testing, client user acceptance and training, and cutover planning
- Facilitate the definition and documentation of detailed business requirements for various project requests
- Manage and support a high performing team with up-to-date skills in SAP applications design, development, integration, testing, deployment, and solution architecture
- Support pre-sales activities like preparing proposals, demos, client presentations including conducting client relevant proof of concepts
Additional Desired Skills :
- Able to travel within UAE and, if required, other parts of the region and the world
- Excellent English communication skills; fluency in Arabic is preferred
- Certification(s) in SAP S/4HANA Financials is a plus
- Experience working with planning, consolidation, and financial reporting processes is a plus
- Previous experience with other Big 4 firms is a plus
