Delivery Manager - SAP BASIS

We have an opportunity for a Delivery Manager - SAP BASIS with one of our client for Hyderabad/Kolkata.

Job Description:

- Must have good experience in managing SAP BASIS programs with Infrastructure

- Should have strong skills on project planning and scoping

- Should have Strong skills on technical and Solution Architecture

- Coordinating with various teams to implement solutions for client issues

- Prepare various metrics for reporting to the Service Delivery Manager

- Managing Major Incidents and keeping all updated of the status and meeting the SLA by quick resolution

- Strong client management

- Ability to teach, train, and give presentations

- Experience to face International clients

- Should be good to do hands-on to resolve major incident

- Hands on experience on performance Tuning

- Experience in Project documentation

- Vendor coordination

- Working knowledge on high availability solutions

- Well versed with ITIL framework
