We are looking for Delivery Manager for one of our client in the space of Procurement and Accounts Payable Responsibilities : 1. Coordinate communication with all enterprise areas that impact the scope, budget, risk, and resources of the project. Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs 2. Utilize and implement project management processes and methodologies for IT that ensure projects are delivered on-time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards, and meet the customer's expectations 3. Possess high-level knowledge and proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices, and change management techniques. 4. Report and escalate to management as needed 5. Works directly with partners and clients to determine project scope and specifications. 6. Coordinates the work of design and development teams to implement online designs. 7. Reviews progress, manages resources, and ensures overall quality of completed work. 8. Serves as liaison between team members and functional area management requesting project. Qualifications/ Skill : - Overall experience of 12 to 16years. - Experience working with resources on Onshore Offshore model - Develop Project Plan for enterprise engagements. - Ability to collaborate with multiple business stake holders - Familiarity with Agile mode of project execution - Experience executing Managed Services engagement on Infrastructure space - Experience in managing approximately 30-40 team members - Service Management and Endpoint Experience is of added advantage - Very good knowledge of ITIL V3 Processes (Change, Incident, Service Request, SLM). Preffered IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation Certification. - Understanding and experience in working on development/support projects for Service Now or similar tools. - Understanding and Experience in working on development/support projects for EndPoint Management ( like BigFix, SCCM) - Certified Scrum Master (CSM) is a preferred.
