Currently looking for Delivery Manager who will have strong experience in managing Deliveries in Digital Space i.e. CRM, RPA, IIoT, Mobility, AI/ML, etc Role & Responsibilities - Responsible for the delivery of high-profile projects and programmes of work, typically with large budgets, establishing and maintaining the correct structures to control and monitor the deliverables to the business. - Focus on the principles and practices to be followed in selecting, planning and managing a programme of projects, and the roles and responsibilities associated with programme management for individual Project/Program Managers and individual consultants - Liaises with the Sales Leads and Account Managers along-with the Customers key stakeholders and manages expectations of all project stakeholders. - Focus on New Client acquisition in alignment with the Sales and Solution teams specially focusing on large deal pursuit. - Responsible for achieving the business target based on the plan. Align the delivery team for renewal of contracts. - Building a Partner ecosystem to augment the competency level of the overall group - Closely align with the Technology OEMs in terms of relationship development and leverage in terms of better recall and also for technology and competency enhancement of the team. Target of certification of the team members and introduction towards enhancement in the product features. - Ensures that realistic project, quality, and risk plans are prepared and maintained for projects and sub-projects. Monitors and controls team performance against plans. Maintains effective financial and project progress forecasting, and reports as appropriate. - Participates in strategic decision-making (typically in relation to organisational development policies) at senior management level. Generates development strategies to achieve required change, and monitor progress. - Identifies risks and informs them to customer. Identifies risks from customer organization (e.g. less participation) and escalates the same to superiors for timely mitigation of the risks.
