Delivery Manager - IT Recruitment

Job Responsibility:

- Plan & execute the client deliverables.

- Own the client requirements and delight the customer with quality & timely delivery.

- Deliver on business & team targets and meet overall quality parameters.

- Responsible for managing the client & their expectations.

- Responsible for total teams' sourcing, screening and assessing profiles as per client requirements from various channels, mainly through references and social networking.

- Guide & motivate the team to source profiles, screening them and engaging with the candidates.

- Should have an excellent network in the industry and should be able to source profiles from non-conventional channels of recruitment.

- Keep the team motivated for superior results.

- Use the recruiting process to drive the most effective and targeted recruiting strategies to impact business success, including guidance on job descriptions, levels, interview loops and candidate sourcing strategy.

- Active participation in the full cycle of recruitment efforts, including emphasis on the ability of assessment skills to help evaluating candidates and ensuring the highest bar.

- Lead final assessment and selection process.

- Emphasis on continuous improvement, as such it is expected that you will spend time to ensure on-going education of hiring managers and interviews on recruitment best practice and interview skills training.

- This role will be required to manage a team (give strategic direction to the team and manage them).

Experience and Soft Skills Required:

- Overall 8+ years of prior work experience.

- Experience in team handling is a must.

- Involved in end to end recruitment cycle in IT Sector

- Must have good understanding of technology.

- Has an eye for details, results driven and takes the accountability to meet expectations.

- Has passion to constantly exceed own quality benchmarks and is a self-starter.

- Communicator with a strong understanding of the business world and has a passion for recruitment.

- Need to be solution oriented.

- Hands-on experience on Niche skill sourcing.
