Our client is looking to recruit Delivery Manager with a technical focus to manage the customers- need and based in Austin. This Role requires a valid US work permit.
The ideal candidates will have the following skills and attributes :
- Highly experienced with a strong Delivery Experience in Apps business
- Minimum 5 years in a client facing account management role
- Proven track record managing customer needs
- Strong Stakeholder Management and Influencing skills
- End to end contract management
- Previous experience in time bound delivery and meeting deadlines
- Strong presentational experience is a must
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
Roles and responsibilities :
- Manage large globally distributed delivery teams across multiple programs / projects covering various LOBs/
- Manage client relationship from delivery perspective from CxO level down. Focus on the client's business and technology problems, and on Company as the partner and solution provider for these.
- Own overall P&L for the account from an overall delivery perspective across application delivery, infrastructure services and BPO
- Provide thought leadership and contribute to Customer Engagement
- Manage sales (farming), solutioning and pre-sales and work closely with the Sales Leader to drive business growth for the account
