Delivery Manager - Global Markets IT Division - BFSI

The role is of a Delivery Manager for the Global Markets IT division of an international brand and would be responsible for leading all the teams under this division.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the Global Markets IT teams

- Lead the Vision 2020 digital program for Global Markets IT teams

- Liaison between the senior management and the global teams

- Stakeholder management : Collaborate with different stakeholders - vendors, users, management, etc.

- Provide strategic and result based reports and dashboards

- Ensure deliveries of the highest quality and compliance as per the security norms

- Proactively identify problems and provide solutions to achieve business objectives and increase operational efficiency

- Gap analysis and providing action plan to plug the same

Ideal Candidate - 

- Masters Degree or equivalent in Computer Science of related discipline

- At least 15 years of overall work experience is a must

- At least 10 years of Technology or Business Analysts leadership experience is a must

- Banking domain background is a must

- Functional and technical knowledge of Capital markets products, flows and applications

- Understanding of tech platforms like AIX/Linux/Oracle/JVM/Web

- Self driven individual with focus on driving the teams to success

- Ready to be hands-on when needed

- Excellent communication skills
