Our client a mid tier IT organisation in Mumbai

Accountabilities:

- Implementation of new age HCM solution for customers across Mumbai and India geo

- Responsibilities include Program/Project Execution, Managing Stakeholder Expectations, Team Management, Project Estimations (effort/cost)

- Strategic Planning, People Management,. Budgeting and Control and Service Delivery

- Implementation, integration and rollout of global projects

- Change & Project Management with increase in adoption to help client in seamless transition from legacy systems to new-age cloud solutions

Desired Profile:

- 13 years of experience in IT Industry

- Strong in project delivery

- Experience in managing multiple ERP implementations projects

- Experience in HCM / HRMS domain preferred
