Delivery Manager - Client Services/Sales - Recruitment Domain - Consumer/FMCG/Retail

Looking for Client servicing or Sales professionals from Consumer/FMCG/Retail industry.

Someone who is willing to explore different role/ industry.

Role will include:

- Clearly & unambiguously understand each assignment & its key deliverables

- Carry out independent search utilizing all laid out search tools & methodologies.

- Interview & assess candidate fitment

- Lead each position to successful closure through effective negotiations with both client & candidate which would involve guidance & counseling on role fitment, career opportunities, compensation & long term mutual benefits

- The position would be responsible for effective execution of business, primarily at senior level positions- & on-time collections.

- The role envisages complete responsibility for driving successful deliveries of the accounts, in keeping with the annual business plans.
