Delivery Manager/Client Manager/Vertical Head - Recruitment Services (5-10 yrs)
We are looking for Client Manager / Delivery Managers / Verticle Head / Sr. Consultants level to Management Clients / Key Accounts / Assignments on behalf of our clients for Niche Positions (IT / Embedded) roles. The goal is to exceed clients' expectations and to add value to their business. The ideal candidate will be comfortable talking to people frequently and have the ability to determine their potential through clever questions.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for effective delivery management in IT roles and assist team lead in maintaining cordial relationships with clients or external stakeholders.
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment Involving Mid & senior level
- The entire process from sourcing, searching, screening, target-hunting & recruiting candidates for various skills
- Extensive Industry mapping using various tools
- Using effective sourcing strategies Like Job Portals, Internet Sourcing, Networking, Referrals, Head Hunting. Business development
- Coordinate with the Candidate's interview schedule, salary negotiation
- Coordinate with the Candidate till joining.
- Grooming and enhancing team member growth.
- Meet and exceed targets for quality, efficiency, and productivity, continually improving performance and driving positive change.
Requirements:
Experience: 5+ Years.
- IT / Technical Recruitment is a must.
- Must have experience Managing End to End Delivery, Clients & Key accounts.
- Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree.
- Client focus along with relationship-building skills.
- Effective negotiation, influencing, and communication skills.
- Integrity and confidentiality.
- Should be able to work in a fast-paced organization.
