Delivery Manager - Artificial Intelligence/RPA/ML/Analytics/Business Intelligence (7-12 yrs)
KRA's:
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
Either:
- Architecting and delivering Enterprise scale BI / Analytics solutions (experience on Qlikview, Power BI an added advantage)
OR
- Architecting and delivering complex RPA / ML automations, using AI frameworks with experience of optimizing for highly efficient organizations
- Recommending and participating in activities related to the design, development and maintenance of the Enterprise Application Architecture.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Work with internal stakeholders, external customers and users to validate business and customer interests are represented, and that project team is aligned on those needs
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Ensure regular and transparent updates to team and Executive management
Skillsets / Desired profile:
- Proven working experience in managerial level in the information technology sector
- Solid technical background, with understanding and hands-on experience in software development and web, mobile, middleware and DB technologies
- Excellent customer facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills
- Attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Strong Agile knowledge & exposure to working in a DevOps environment
- PMP certification is a plus
- Technical skills: Hands on experience on either BI / Analytics or RPA / ML / AI frameworks a must, applications running on SQL, exposure to deploying applications on public cloud (AWS, Azure)
Education Qualification:
- B.Tech from a reputed institute
- MBA is preferred
Experience required:
- 7+ years of relevant experience working with reputed IT organizations in application development, product development related roles
