Delivery Manager - Analytics

Purpose:

You will be responsible for creating customer value through relevant solution identification and exceptional project execution as a Manager in the Analytics practice. As a Manager, you need to have a good understanding of the various business verticals, be able to implement innovative solutions to meet the changing needs of the business. You will have to guide the teams and keep them pushing the boundaries in a consistent manner.

Responsibilities:

Delivery Excellence:

- Build a process that ensures delivery of products and services in a seamless manner across all accounts and ensures adherence.

- Complete project management - Work planning, estimation, scope refinement, quality and delivery.

- Planning for risk and managing contingencies as needs change.

- Identification and analysis of the shortcomings and improvement of the processes.

- Create, develop, and deploy frameworks and standards to achieve excellence.

People Management:

- Ability to build relationships and trust. Effortlessly collaborate in teams and across functions

- Confident in guiding and mentoring younger members of the team Proactive in enhancing organizational initiatives and people activities, including training, creating growth plans, etc.

Revenue Management:

- Develop a strategy for each account and be responsible for its execution along with their onsite counterparts

- POCs and POVs for growing accounts should be developed. Support sales efforts through RFIs and RFPs.

Qualification & Experience:

- 8-10 years of experience in Analytics

- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics.

- Excellent hands-on working knowledge in building models, generating insights, Visualizations, Python / R
