Delivery Manager - Analytics
- We are looking for a smart, outspoken and energetic Delivery Manager - Analytics (5+ years) of experience in the AI domain having very good communication skills and zeal to excel in life.
Major Responsibilities & Skill sets :
- Hands on experience in data analysis and managing data analytics project end to end (input data reconciliation to output presentation)
- Ability to QA customer outputs in depth to certify for quality including business sense check
- Extremely detailed oriented to track back and identify root causes with output quality.
- Proven experience of breaking down milestones into detailed work breakdown structure and assign resources and timeline to each unit of work.
- Ability to hold team members accountable for delivery activity and delivery quality.
- Mentor team members to understand business, follow quality processes, and communicate risks in time.
- Ability to influence the organization without authority to ensure customer deliverables are not compromised.
- Knowledge of six sigma is a big plus.
- Good executive communication skills - written and oral.
- Ability to take ownership of customer NPS, customer success, and customer relationship.
Attitude :
- Should have ownership and actively collaborate with different teams to get the work done.
- Should have been a part of fast paced start up or product-based company environment and mature enough to fulfil client & organisational requirements on a need basis.
- Tech savvy and passionate to learn new technologies, learn and familiarize with client's business functions
