Delivery leader - Healthcare &amp; Insurance Analytics â€“ Consulting - Diversity (12-20 yrs.) Role: - A leadership role that involves coordinating team operations for successful completion of consulting and analytics projects across healthcare and Insurance, while at the same time liaising extensively with stakeholders. It shall encompass your extensive knowledge of analytics to help design solutions, and in the process driving and implementing them to achieve the highest client satisfaction. - You will also be responsible for interacting with existing and potential clients as well as the internal management team to help in capability and business development. You will be responsible for: - Leveraging your deep business understanding and analytical expertise to drive client engagements across healthcare and insurance domains. - Liaising with Indian and global stakeholders internally and at the client side - Understanding the business problem and helping build the analytics framework via advanced analytics algorithms and visualization platforms. - Driving a strong value proposition and ensuring a strong involvement in onshore delivery deals - Developing the business by ensuring client satisfaction by a complete conformation of their requirements, in terms of quality and deadline. - Coordinating and mentoring a team of professionals to a fast track professional growth. - Enforcing policies and governance through a standard framework of metrics and KPIs, to ensure a strong Net Promoter Score, through a strong review of the solutioning offered to client.
