Job Description: 


ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES 


- In this role, you will be responsible and accountable for end to end operations and for seamless delivery of operation for an entire region.

- You will function as a SPOC and Service Delivery Leader and liaise with multiple stake holders to ensure Operations are run as per the client's key objective and strategy.

- You will work with the client to ensure all controls and local statutes are met as per agreed contractual agreement.

- In this role, you will function as a Service Delivery Lead of an entire region managing multiple towers of finance and accounting domain like AP, AR, GL, Payroll, etc and bring value through disciplined delivery and management skills.

- In this role, you will also work to ensure you maintain a highly engaged and energized team.

- You will also ensure that the client is proactively engaged on a transformation journey with automation, process engineering tools and techniques are implemented.

Accountabilities: 


- Accountable for the overall direction of multiple, large, complex operations, functions or projects, which may contain significant scope, ambiguity, risk & geographical diversity.

- Accountable for high-level external/internal client satisfaction.

- Responsible for fulfillment of contractual obligations/overall completion of deliverable

- Responsible for delivery to agreed service levels and defines key performance indicators/project milestones.

- Develops new approaches and processes, which contribute both to step-change improvements in current area, and to business growth/efficiency in wider organization.

- Responsible for communication of strategy/ initiatives/high level performance metrics.

- Accountable for day-to-day budget management and reporting processes.

- Has major input to budget setting/financial
