Responsibilities

- Leading delivery & operations across the portfolio.

- Define & drive strategic roadmap for the Bank/Financial Institution.

- Operate the Business as per Operating Plans - Revenue & Margin

- Client Management: Ability to host clients and drive consultative mining & growth

- Establish key relationship with key client stakeholders

- Work closely with Practice to evangelize scalable solutions & strengthen the value proposition

- Leader with ability to hire and manage talent in multi-locations including outside India

- Provide thought leadership and dependable execution on diverse projects

- Contribute to Digital build assets
