Associate Director/Director - Analytics Delivery - Retail/CPG

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

- Designing strategy and roadmap for building analytics capabilities of large organizations.

- Leading a portfolio of multiple cross-functional and cross-vertical client engagement teams.

- Implementing analytics delivery best practices in client engagements to ensure top-notch solution execution.

- Building, mentoring, and nurturing high-performance delivery teams.

- Building relationships with the clients and be identified as a trusted partner to provide solutions to their challenges and help achieve their outcomes

- Creating sales proposals and attract new clients and grow the engagements pipeline

REQUIRED:

- In academics, the Candidates should have passed from Tier-1 institutions.

- Experience of working on and managing analytics projects and initiatives, preferably around 10+ years. Client facing roles, if any would be preferable

- Strong technical expertise (Regression, Machine Learning, Classification, Time series etc.) and knowledge of various analytics tools (R/SAS/Python/SPSS etc.)
