Delivery Lead/Program Manager - Food & Refreshment Projects (7-11 yrs)
Program Manage the Food and Refreshment (F&R) projects -Global role
- FMCG Background, ideally Supply Chain and understanding of project specifics.
- Provide oversight on all the projects running under F&R Manage and ensure quality and timeliness of networks and deliverables
- Weekly Operations review with client focusing on QC/QA and Root cause analysis of issues
- Resource management (capacity, Project assignment, OTIF performance)
- Address escalations promptly and where required, with an action plan
- Timely raise recommended behavioural changes for innovation project teams with Innovation PMO Manager
- Manage people performance by collecting and sharing individual feedback to improve performance
- Improve retention of people by building a highly engaged team
- Manage training of new joiners and ongoing refresher training for existing team members
- Manage operational performance improvement
- Manage process improvement and maintenance of process documentation
