Delivery Leadership role for India Business for a leading IT provider. Involves delivery and client management for multiple projects based in India. Best fit for candidates with 12-14 years of which 6-8 years in managing BFSI domain for Indian client
Job Description:
- Lead Delivery for BFSI domain
- Fine tune and reestablish Delivery Model for India keeping in mind Client expectation and management in India and inputs from Global Delivery Model
- SPOC for all Delivery related functions in BFSI domain
- Experience in Requirement Gathering and Analysis
- Ability to manage 100+ individuals
- Sound QA knowledge
- Excellent problem solving skills with a logical thought process; self-starting and aggressive.
- Excellent communicator with good presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Continuously monitoring the overall progress of projects and having a risk assessment and mitigation plan in place for further communication to senior management team
- Implement standards & best practices for software development and ensure process compliance
