Delivery Head - US Staffing (10-20 yrs)
We are looking for Delivery Head - US Staffing with 10 - 15 Years of Experience in US IT Staffing.
- Involved in the day to day activities of the management, and also the activities of the off shore unit, excellent people skills, capable of handling big teams which include sales, recruiting / resourcing & administration
- Heading and handling a team of recruiters and Account Managers, and be responsible for their output delivery and act as one point contact between the onsite and the offshore, to ensure smooth flow and functioning
- Counselling, handling grievances, ensuring discipline, helping and enabling the team with their challenges
- Diligently checking the Dashboard and ensuring 100 % coverage with quality submittals on all requirement flow
- Allocating resource/Shuffling recruiters to balance bandwidth challenges
- Monitor the sales and recruiting team, and ensure that their monthly targets are met, suggest and implement strategies for new h1b hiring and also for h1b transfers.
- Planning human resource requirements in consultation with heads of different functional & operational areas, preparing requirement of knowledge, skill & attitude for each position & conducting selection process.
- Having Experience in Entire H1B visa Immigration Process (For US staffing)
- Must have good understanding of tax terms Corp-to-Corp/ W2/ 1099 (For US Staffing)
- Willing to work in Night Shifts.
- Should have sound technical understanding.
